First let me start by saying  that these last couple of months have been concerning. With everything from War in Europe to Energy prices reaching new highs. These are major concerns for our everyone and hearts and hopes go out to everyone.

Here at ApexMortals we have been working on what we can do best with our skills. This has lead to new features, while still in beta stage, being released. I decided to write this post to describe what we have planned for the next couple months.

Part of our goal has been to empower people with the tools needed to learn about human anatomy, feed oneself, and properly reach the physic that you desire. In order for that to be accomplished people need information, routines, and insight. Without this foundation the whole house comes collapsing down.

The Bodies Tab is there to help you manage and track your bodies Lean Body Mass(LBM), basically the weight of the body without fat. While also providing the measurement for Body Fat(BF), the weight of fat on the body. With these tools you can effectively calculate your energy needs. Which means your body will intake the correct amount calories  based on your goals.

The Routines Tab is there to guide you on what types of workouts you would like to do that day. We try to have them named according to what they seek to accomplish, but people can and will name them however they want. For instance a routine that focus on an Anaerobic leg routine could be named as Legs 30% Anaerobic. To break this down we see that this routine focuses on the legs, at 30% your 1 Rep Max, with reps matching an anaerobic state, i.e. 24-30 reps.

Coming in the next couple weeks:
The Profile Tab will allow you to track your workouts, while you can't edit them, the workout has been completed, they can be deleted. While we don't recommend deleting them, it is a progress record after-all, we give you that option.

Things that periodical improve your experience with ApexMortals:
  • Improved renders and animations for muscle locations, size, and connection points.
  • Improved renders for exercises to better understand the basic movement, and understanding of the function 
  • More exercises

There are many things that we look forward to introducing to you. Hopefully this has help you gain a little insight into what ApexMortals looks to accomplish. We can't wait for you to get your hands on these and future tools to make improvements in your life!
