Over the past couple of weeks, we have been working to bring ApexMortal routines onto YouTube so people can follow along. This coming weekend, we will upload the first video in a new weekly series. While these videos will initially focus on our public routines, we hope to eventually incorporate all published routines. Our goal is to ensure everyone has access to a variety of exercise programs.

One of the main challenges people face is a lack of structure around workout routines and schedules. By creating these instructional videos, pre-made routines, and resources to help people stay on track, we aim to assist individuals in pursuing their fitness goals. Our primary objective has always been to encourage people to become their best selves - a journey that requires perseverance through trials and tribulations. While physical health is not the only component, it is an important part.

For many, the obstacle is not having enough time to design proper routines for each workout session. We end up spending more time "building" these programs at the gym or during our allocated exercise time. By reducing this burden, we believe it will become easier for people to achieve the goals they have envisioned. In a sense, we are removing friction between point A and point B.

While some of these routines may not be suitable for everyone, others will resonate. We encourage others to create and share their own workout programs with the world. We all move forward when we help lift up the weakest among us. This is a collaborative effort to lend a hand whenever possible. Let's assist each other in accomplishing our goals.
