When designing a workout schedule, it's important to stay on course. Sure, there might be a few bumps in the road, but we are human after all. So wouldn't it be great if you could create a schedule to keep you on track? Now you can! Simply head to schedules tab and start creating your itinerary for the future.
Work on your 6 week, 12 week or 16 week program. Set it then just follow it as the days roll on by. Never worry about what workout you have to do tomorrow or in a couple days. Will you be hitting arms, legs, back, full body, hypertrophy, strength, cardio, etc..? Spend 1 day planning the other 42, 84, or 112 days; now that is time saved.
But it gets better! When you schedule your workouts in advance you will get notification the day of each workout. Every morning that you have a workout scheduled, we'll send you an email with your workouts for the day. We believe this little thing will save you time, stress, and money in the long run.
So their you have it, a simple new feature that we believe will make your life easier and we can't wait for you to try it and let the simplicity start.
