Every workout has its ups and downs. There rarely is a perfect workout, there is always room for improvement. With so many fitness trackers out in the allowing you to log the number of reps, sets, weight, time, distance, exercises, modifications, the list goes on; there's nothing for self reflection.

Routine Notes

Introducing the Note function!
After every workout you now have the ability to take notes on how your workout went.

  • Was is a hard workout?
  •  Where you not %100?
  •  Did a couple reps fail?

Anything that can help you make progress over the days, weeks, months, and years. Write it down, revisit it later, self asses, and become better then you where previously.

Why should workouts only get Notes? Well notes is not only available for workouts but also Routines! Why you may ask? Routines are not static, they are dynamic they have a will of their own, so to speak. When looking through your routines, or if you have made it available to the public, it's a good idea to give a little info as to how it should be performed.

Workout Notes
  • Is it a super set?
  • Is it to be repeated three times a day?
  • Only perform on rest days?

With notes you can help people and yourself clearly understand how a routine should be performed.

Where are so happy to be introducing this feature to the world and can't wait to see how this improves your life!

This feature is currently available for Routines and Workouts, as more features become available this could pop up in more places. So stayed tuned and keep working towards your goals!
