Everyone has the ability to better themselves, it is a matter of will! Everyday, media bombards people with the idea that being overweight is fine and that taking a pill will solve your problems. You don't need to workout, eat right, or have self control. That couldn't be further from the truth, self control, working towards goals, and having faith in the Process, is all that you need to attain what you desire.

We do not conform to the people in front us, but to the person that you see in the mirror. If you truly believe that you are a healthy individual; taking pills to lower your blood pressure at 35, struggling to walk a mile under 16 minutes, unable to pick up your children. Then by all means, continue to live that life, but be fore warned, you will not be living life for much longer.
